Offers PC4Cheap.com - huge traffic numbers, low CTR

Got a domain that gets consistently 40,000 uniques a month, horrible CTR at about 1.20%, but even at that makes almost $40 a month.

Priced for quick sale -- $10,000. Don't force me to build this baby out and decorate with cheap banners and pop ups.
