Pending Delete Renewals

Can you renew a .com domain inside the Pending Delete period at NetSol? I noticed a name due to drop, Goldsmiths(.)com, seemed to get saved at the final hour.

Perhaps it went past the final hour and dropped & was caught?

If the domain name's registrant says "Pending Renewal or Deletion", the status
line says "inactive", and it's expired, then it can still be renewed. It's 35 days
grace according to their deletion policy before either auctioning it off or pulling
the plug.

I've never seen a domain recovered from 'pending delete"
