I was a bit surprised to see that

PendingDeletion.com was still available (it isn't now!)

I know that the correct term is "pending delete" (which is reg'd), but people seem to say a domain is "pending deletion" rather than it's status is pending delete.

Do you think this domain will have any use/value when we enter the new expiring world.

It won't be me that will be developing it. If nobody wants it I'll use it to list names that I (and others perhaps) are dumping and try to sell domain reg services from it.

I've already got some names for it like
