True but other than the name, there really isn't any TM issue here.

The owner doesn't have anything on the site pertaining to Google (not even adsense) and "Go Ogle IT" does make sense

My dense mistake. Now that I look at it again, I can see that it was an attempt at humor that flew over my head.
