You haven't proven anything. You're just throwing out wild accusations, which are circumstantial at best. If you want a pat on the back, look elsewhere.

Legitimate sellers don't go into hiding when asked about ownership, and they don't ignore verification emails to the registered email address. But hey, if you think it's a good idea to send money to people who don't own what they are selling, be my guest.

It's very possible that your email, like many domainer's emails, got sent straight to his spam box.

I would gladly do business with him because Escrow.com mitigates most of the risk.
