Spoke with the rightful owner yesterday. Apparently he has owned the name for 20 years +/- and had it managed by a company/individual. I recently noticed the registrant info changed to the manager and confirmed that should not be after speaking with Louis. So based on what I was told the name may very well be disputed, stay clear of it.
Will up date when he calls to tell me how he made out as he needs to call and investigate what happened.
