OK so this guy registered and built http://whois.domaintools.com/jaredremembered.com on 6/13/2008, then the same day updated the WHOIS at http://whois.domaintools.com/medicaladoptions.com to point to Parked.

Then, he linked to the second one from the first one at the bottom ("Please donate condiments") and finally added the first one on Wikipedia's entry for Jared Fogel (the Subway guy) adding that Jared has just died.

That's clearly against the TOS due to manipulating traffic.

Somebody had actually sent me the domain medicaladoptions.com a few weeks ago, when it was a site and I could tell it was a spoof. I saw that it was related to a bunch of other pretty funny sites.

I didn't even know the domain was parked with us until I saw it mentioned on here. I also saw a blog post that it was parked with us as well. I made a business decision to ask the person to move the domain elsewhere.
