I just aquired this domain yesterday and it received 33 natural unique visits in the first 24 hours.

Over 990,000 Google search results without extension but not much of an Overture result. Just 44 for Philly Forum without extension.

I think that's a really good forum domain. Undeveloped $100+. But I think you should develop it. Good luck with it.

It received 28 uniques on the second day. So it would seem like about 30 is the average per day so far which would be 900 natural uniques per month. If anybody else has an idea to it's value I would appreicate an appraisal.
