To answer the original question:

Yes, it's an *obvious* trademark infringement. Yes, they can and should take the name away from you. Yes, if you are in the U.S. they can and should have a court fine you for violating the anti-cybersquatting act.

Just tell them that you weren't thinking, didn't do anything with it so no harm no foul, and that you will transfer the name ASAP when they give you the method for doing so.

I mean, seriously, what the HECK were you thinking when you registered that?

I had a similar situation.
Do not call them back and do not leave them a message.
If you can't resist the temptation.... call them and simply leave a message to communicate with you via Email or mail.
They own thousands of domain names according to our conversation with them.
Although it is un.... UNusual for them to call.... they usually send a letter.
I must say it could be anyone!
Don't panic, go slow, be careful
