NameBargain (unlike Register.com) does NOT render telephone support EVEN for CRITICAL issues that they are at fault. If you are lucky, you may come across a kinder support who may talk to you for a while; but if it is that important and he or she need to ask a supervisor for advice, you'll be told to go for 24-hour e-mail support. :dead: That's also the reason why at $8.88, NameBargain still does NOT get a significant share of the market.
