Photo Rating Script - PHP/mySQL

Hi

If anybody has one for sale, experience of a good script or can point me in the right direction then let me know.

I looked at hotscripts.com and it looked like the comdevweb.com is the best so far.
Alas, its $59 and doesnt seem to have a facility to show the 'higest rated' pictures on the home page (just the latest uploaded phots and random).

Basically my criteria are:

PHP (as I have some experience)
Full admin
Multi Level Categories
Random Photo , Latest Upload AND Higest Rated Photos
Navigation Bar
Gallery Thumbnails

Have asked if comdev can modify the script to show Higest Rated but yet to get a reply...

Also, I have 4images and Coppermine FREE on my hosting plan.
Are these any good ? I can't find out enough info on them...

I am using both comdevweb and photopost, they are both GREAT Scripts. But not recommended for a hot or not type website !!
