very doubtful he will do any. "internet" crimes are typically not taken seriously. How many domain theives have been prosecuted? I am willing to bet Nelson is the fall guy. I doubt oversee knew what was going on but i am damn sure snapnames did.

How is this an "Internet" crime? This is real money he embezzled. The reputation of a company and its parent corporation are forever tarnished. As for Nelson doing time? That depends how he can play his cards from here on in. He could of course turn into a Federal Witness in a RICO investigation, not unheard of at all. His (Nelson's) only real problem there is that he will literally have to spill literally everything he knows about insider trading, parking companies, tax evasion, literally everything.
