i dont see much use for an end user as its past tense

Photosearch.org is a very nice one. If you can turn it into a search engine you will do well.
Looked.net - the only use for that I can see is perhaps another search engine. If you did decide to develop it it would be an idea to go after looked.com which isn't being used at the moment.
