I need a PHP coder to write a forum php script like vbulletin for example for as cheap as possible. The forum i need will have to have most of the features of vbulletin. I can only send payment by paypal. Only people who are serious please post a reply or pm. This script which i want will take a long time so please only serious offers

vB is a decent sized company with several full time employees programming 40 hours a week. If you want something that will compare to it, you will probably have to have a serious budget. Why not just use vB yourself? They offer branding free options as well if that is the issue.
