Hello all,
As part of a clear-out, I'm looking to sell one of my websites:
PHP Mission
This site hasn't had too regular updates (the last one being 6 months ago), but it gets around 300 uniques and 1,500 page views per month:

Traffic Stats 2
As you can see, I've only wrote 5 tutorials thus far. I am willing write the remaining few (probably 4/5 more tutorials would be needed for the basics to be covered), although this would be at an extra cost and would be in addition to this sale (i.e. this sale includes the the domain, website, forums and current content, nothing more).
Domain Registrar: Moniker
Expiry Date: 2010-02-05
End Date/Time: 24 hours from last bid (or when someone posts "Sold" to BIN)
Price: Starting from $40, BIN $100
Traffic proof: As above
Revenue proof: N/A - haven't attempted to monetise
