PHPBB Static URLs mod_rewrite
When you enter the board as a guest, all the php-pages will be rewrited to static html pages. This is much better for spider to index your website.
Last Visit Hack
At the bottom of every page (statistics) you can view which users have been online the latest 24 hours and how many guests have visited your board the last 24 hours.
Bad Spider Robots block
I changed the robots.txt file so that spam-bots and bots that extract e-mailaddresses from boards will be denied accesss to the board.
Password Protection
This hack provides protection against malicious users attempting to guess another users password. If an incorrect password is entered 3 times in a row for any account, that account will be blocked and an email will be sent to the account owner, with an activation key and a new password. The user will have no access to their account until they follow the instructions in the email.
