I have installed phpMyAdmin & phpBBS on a few domain names. It works if I am patient. If go to the url, it takes upwards of two minutes to load both phpMyAdmin and/or phpBBS.

I can access any database via PERL just fine. I can access the mysql server via webmin just fine as well. I also have several php scripts that access databases, and they run without problem. It just seems to be phpBBS and phpMyAdmin that are slow.

Has anybody ever run into this? If so, how did you fix the problem?

Thanks.

I've used phpmyadmin for my own server more than one year, and it goes smoothly without any delay or problem, it is a great script to monitor and control almost all of your server programs.

I think there could be some problems with your server system?

Both phpBB and phpMyAdmin are SLOOOOOOOOOOOOW.

Both take upwards of 2 minutes to load.

phpMyAdmin is a PHP script to manage yoru mySQL databases. You can get it at: www.phpmyadmin.net
