Adam what are your thoughts on this? I just thought geez this is ridiculous. The owner first turn down the $600K offer
and now he loses the domain in a lawsuit? How can yahoo win the lawsuit, didn't the owner own the domain before
Flickr was founded? Unless he was using the domain with photo sharing keywords which I am not aware of since I never
visited Flicker.com ever once.
