With all the buzz surrounding Pizza.com selling, it looks like the owner of Pizza.net wants to try and cash in.

The domain is being auctioned at TDNAM.com and the current bid is $3,005 with just over 6 days to go. The reserve has NOT been met.

It will be interesting to see how high the bidding goes and if the reserve is met. Personally I don't think it will sell.

Current Bid: $6,005

The ORIGINAL Pizza Search Engine It includes 60k pizza restaurants, Prior art to Microsoft's zip code patent

what? M$ has a zip code patent?

Typical "logic" of Godaddy:
I bid $10K, reserve not met but it shows Current Bid only $8,505
Should automatically put highest bid if reserve not met, like they do on Sedo...but well - Godaddy, what to expect...

ill bid up to 20k

I can bet this will go up to atleast 80k

only bid if you intend to buy @ that price!
I HATE it when people try to get prices up with fake bids..

Good idea to put pizza.net up for sale while people think pizza.com sold for 2.6 million. Problem is this guy probably got greedy with the reserve, the reserve won't be met and this best opportunity to sell for more than it's worth will be history.

You are right. 16k now...

It's up to $350,010 with over 4 days to go and the reserve still hasn't been met.

The question I have is will it actually go?

$421005 reserve not met ... 4 days 3 hrs

wow this can't be real. I could only see the .com going at that price.

It is also important to note, that the web site is included with the sale of Pizza.net as well.

"The ORIGINAL Pizza Search Engine It includes 60k pizza restaurants, Prior art to Microsoft's zip code patent" as the seller posted.

Not sure how much value the site adds to the domain as no Revenue stats are posted, but the 1/20th of the .com value rate is well passed already...
