Hmmmm...WHOIS info looks funny. Do you own planet.com? If you do, why aren't you making money with the domain? You can at least park it at Sedo or something. A name like planet.com could generate a very tidy monthly income from type-in traffic alone.

If anyone tells you this is not worth 6 figures, something is wrong. Now. This is the second PREMIUM domain name I've seen looking for a buyer in the last couple of days, on Network Solutions private registration service (and pointing to a NetSol "coming soon"page) and being introduced by a new member to a domain name forum. Interesting trend.

The value is hard to determine. Yes, it's a household term that childern learn in the first or second grade, so that gives it the possibility of brandability.
It's not a type of product, its not a place that most people can visit, rather it basically falls into the 'social domain' category. And domainers know how much harder it is to monetize a domain thats social vs. one that has a commercial relevance.
Hovever, to a company such as ******.com (one of my datacenters), it's worth a lot more to them than it is to you. So your chances of hitting a high number with this one is out there, albeit slim.
