The hypen hurts but I like the name.
Linux a TM issue? NOT! Where do you get that at?
Unix would be a TM issue but last I checked Linux was still open source and there are hundreds of products and websites that contain the name.

I love open source too.
Microsoft is to the computer industry of what the tabacco company's are to human health.

Proprietary methods have failed in the past. But they've been working for MS for quite some time. Only because of the hi-tech revolution. Timing is everything...
