I am experimenting with a interesting marketing concept that is in development.

Here is the deal:

Send me a link to a developed site that you own. It can be a dot com, .us, .biz. or .info site...heck it can even be a dot .cn site for that matter (preference will be given to good dot biz sites :D ). The site must have "tracking" capabilities so a "before and after" comparison can be made. Also no prOn sites!! :D

[email protected] - Send me your sites!!

I will put this link in my signature line as well as a two line description of your site.

My theory: Marketing of sites on community forums by members is something new and exciting. It is called "SignatureMarketingâ„¢" (izopod product in development).

Conclusion(s):

1. Based on my frequency and quality of my posts your site should see an increase in traffic.

2. If I am a member of a "specialized forum" (izopod, 2003) that would target different audiences, you could have me post links in my signature line that would appeal to those forum members.

3. This concept works if you are allowed to "hot link" in your signature line.

4. DNF allows platinum members to "hot link":D

Where am I going with this:

Instead of signing up with affiliate programs to make money on the internet. A person could simply "post" on various "in-house" forums. A system would be set up to weed out "spammers", as the forum environment would "controlled" and "specialized".

Webmasters then could benefit from "Signature Marketing" as their websites would be highly targeted and "viral" in nature.

The whole concept is viral. Posters would get a FQ rating for their "frequency and quality" of posts. Webmasters could sign up with these individuals to market their sites. The forums would directly benefit because the posters would benefit if their posts are rated "well" (quality/quantity).

izopodian philosophy: People spend a lot of time on quality forums. Forum members are usually "loyal". Loyality is something website owners have long sought from their customers.

And the winner is.... http://www.xtremejump.com

What we have here is the first site (that I'm aware) to be marketed in this fashion from a third party.

Once again, DNF is a launching pad for a "new concept".

Feedback is welcomed!!

Note: Thanks to all those who sent me their site listings. Although the choice was difficult I felt Xtremejump.com was the best one to launch this concept.
