Just to clarify the traffic screenshot data -- the 56 visits have come between March 1 and May 27, correct? At this rate, this would equate to about 19 visitors per month or $19 per month. So your $400 asking price is quite reasonable -- roughly equating to 21 months' revenue.

Our of curiosity, have you parked it with any other services to determine alternate parking revenue capabilities?
