In my flawed and unreliable opinion, Mole's appraisal is much much too high. 'Adrenal' is just not a very common word amongst average internet-using people. The more commonly used phrase is Adrenaline Rush, which would be a far superior domain and more worthy of the $3,000 appraisal.

My 2 cents:

It's was (nearly) the title of a Lebanese TV show about eXtreme sports. The show could not compete with ESPN and the others, so it's now gone. The reason I said nearly is that they used a slightly different spelling, meaning spelling is a matter of taste sometimes

I'd say $100 min - but take the 1st offer and run.
