hi, i'm peter and i'm a newbie.....

...just thought i'd dive right in to domain name speculating with no clue of what i'm doing, but what the hey!...hey?

...could anyone pitch in on a value for ewizz.com and the best place to flog it??

in my mind it's a good name because its short,(5 letters) it's easy to remember, it couls suit any e-industry who thinks that they have/are a wizz, it has no numbers, underscores, dashes, misspellings, while there is an abbreviation it is an obvious one,
but then what do i know??!!..

that's why i'm asking you guys...

go easy on me, criky, i'm an aussie..

Hi, and welcome to DnForum!

This is going to sound harsh, but I don't think that this domain has much worth.

There are two strikes against this name:

* Everything that begins with an e-, i-, or a my- is out of fashion. Back in 1999, everyone wanted one... now no one wants one.

* "Wiz" is a preferred spelling to "Wizz"

It's hard to sugarcoat the truth.

Very wise words Morel, I mean it.
The truth is that value of most names is very individual, subjective and trendable.

I would say it's worth $20-$49 resell

There are still people out there who will pick up an e or i name based on the old models and trends. Not everyone hangs out in forums like this one.

don't like "e" names.

What is wizz? "Wiz" is wizard, "Whiz" is also a synonym of wizard, or highly skilled.

What do you think it would have been worth without the e?
Still not so much?

There's an Airline called Wizz, if that's of any relevance

Of course it's worth a lot more without the 'e'. Adding an 'e' prefix usually cuts the value of a term to less than 10% value of the original term.

BTW, this thread is five years old.

So how much would you expect to re-sell something like wizz.com for these days?

How about .net or .org?

Sorry about digging up such an old thread. Didn't realise.
I was searching for "Wizz" and this is what I found.

A 5 years old thread lol that's like half a lifetime in domain years :D

Coward, wizz.com is a site, do you own it? You can only request appraisals for domains you own here
