I have got an offer of $500 for all 5 domians. Should I sell them or wait for a better price?

These domains can be used for an excellent resource for hiv/aids. They would also have a better return on investment with google adwords/overture ppc as most of the drugs/diseases related domians have high ppc rate.

These sites could form an excellent hiv related community to generate more awareness of hiv among people and let victims share their stories and daily life to help each other coping with the aids.

This is an overture/keyword tracker keyword domain which is a natural fit to the extension for informatuin related to home tests about hiv/aids.

This domian could be used for a directory of all hiv testing centers in US.

I tend to blend the two (enduser and reseller) and see them as market. I dont see a ton of value in the .coms other then standard 4-letter value of maybe $25 each. hivhomestesting seems like something too specific for an INFO, its something people want to procure, not get info on, and the OT results are 1/5th of hivtesting. The larger market is not home testing but testing at centers -- costs more and more people get the procedure this way.

I would say the offer you have is fair. Can't really give you guidance either way.

That buyer is not replying to my email I asked for $750 to negotiate a little bit.

Anyways, I am upgrading my membership to platinum soon to sell this badge. What I have understood from the few appraisals I got I think a $500 buy now price would be good and bidding starting from may be $300 with a $10 increment.

What do you think? Would appreciate any help and more appraisals.

I think you should take the offer but keep hivz.com.
hivf.com = lo $xx
hivz.com = $xx with a caveat that the name sounds like 'hives' which could push it's value, especially if a pop group emerges with the same name.
hivforum.net = lo $xx
hivhometesting.info = lo $xx
hivtesting.us -- best of the current bunch, imo. lo/mid $xxx undeveloped. $x,xxx - developed.
