Hi All!

Please appraise: FreeTwitterApp.com and FreeTwitterApps.com.

I dont normally reg these types of names, however heres why i did (plus they were available):

  1. A person may have an interesting business model for them
  2. With a strategy to make money
  3. They could be monetized to maybe make $100m.

So I decided to take them.

Thanks!

Freetwitterapp.com and Freetwitterapps.com

Yeah, unfortunately, twitter doesn't allow their trademark in domain names, and, if memory serves me, they pursue those domains. :( Sorry.

I guess you could always hold them until the word "twitter" is so embedded in the vernacular that a court rules against the trademark. Just don't try to make any money on it until then. :)

That's a smart idea. I guess it is better to hold them until a court becomes more favourable towards the word "twitter" than to let them go, I'll definately think about your suggestion for a while. Thanks for reply, all the best :)

I was mostly joking. I have no clue if that is even possible. But it sounded good. I do know that you shouldn't try selling them, whatever you do.
