Well, I don't know about the "expert opinion" description but I'll give you mine.

Greenhousing is a top notch keyword and dotorg is second only to dotcom imho.

Unfortunately the green names have taken a big hit with the bad economy so I would hold this one for awhile until things pick up again.

Its hard to predict how much it will be worth in the future, but I do believe its a very safe investment even if held undeveloped for several years.
