i would suggest parking it and finding out how many type-ins you really get.

I dont think a name that long would get type-in's unless it has backlinks.

Its a brandable domains name however, i would say around $20

What gives you the idea it gets 50 type-in's per month

I'd say low $XXX - but to the right buyer low $X,XXX It is a hot topic right now. If you fnd the right lender that wants the domain name.

Also, if you have lenders on the parking ads even with only 50 uniques a month you might more than pay for the reg fee. Also, if the uniques click on loan ads you could argue with a loan company that the domain name will pay for itself in a month ot two even at a low $x,xxx price tag

hey just caught up with the posts..thanks so far guys for the input..even my lil' buddy duncan..lol Yes, the avg 40-50 uniques a mo. are just direct type-ins from people looking for an "Easy Home Lender", it's just one of those phrases that comes to mind sometimes, also it's a term used by loan professionals for people with not so good credit..in the sense that they will need to find an "easy [on credit] home lender" to get approved..and remember this is not alot of traffic we are talking about here..maybe one or two visits a day in the whole country on the whole internet...you might be suprised how many domains get this much traffic..anyways yes it is very targetted naturally however and it does make some $, and obviously if it gave a company 1 home loan a month that would be huge $$,$$$ profit yearly..I appreciate any and all ideas and input..anyone else?

btw the ovt last month for the top search "home lender" was:
