lumber and feed have $xx value. However, if you develop them and get some traffic, and some revenues, they would be worth, obviously, much more.

.cc name sales have been about the same for at least the last three years. You see the odd one word .cc domain sell for $500 to $1000, but that seems to be it. Some two character .cc names have sold for x,xxx too.

Lumber and feed would be the best here, then hospitality. somewhere in the xxx range if you can find an interested buyer.

Reseller close to reg fee. As far as past sales go, those are most certainly end user sales. For very good keyword domains a sale might come around sooner than later, but I would be surprised if you get a lot more than low $$ on a professional forum.
