Hi,

I regged this name to develop into a coupon site for the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically, "The Peninsula", which is an affluent area that includes 10-12 upscale cities. My development idea would be to make it a paid coupon and advertising site for merchants in the area.

I have just received an inquiry from a newspaper publishing group.

What do you think the potential is here?

Thoughts as to value and negotiation strategy helpful...if anyone has any experience selling such a name, would love to hear from you.

that this potential buyer is the PERFECT buyer. They have an exisiting network and customer base that they could use to promote the site and drive traffic to it from. This domain would integrate extremely well into their existing business.

If anyone can make this site as succesful as I envisioned doing when I regged it, it is probably these guys.
