What do you guys think this one is worth? With or without the site/brand attached?

Have had a few tax debt lawyer offices and such reach about it over the years, and just curious what you all think this would be valued at?

Done pretty good numbers over the years pushing leadgen for tax debt CPL/CPA/Revshare offers and always done well with it, so I know it's a very profitable niche.

I like .NET but the market is not strong for wholesale. Probably better to keep as you've been doing as a referral service to tax debt professionals. If you catalogue the leads then you have something else to base a valuation on.

I do catalogue/keep a database of the leads (and send a recurring newsletter), so yeah it's probably worth more as a brand/website than just a domain alone, for sure
