I have just had an offer for my site phized.com and im not sure if i should accsept it or not.

It has a google PR of 4, and is making about $3 a day on google adsense.

If you got a $1000 offer, take it. Over $200 think about it. Without having a basic idea of the offer, monthly expenses, and how much you put into developing the site, it's difficult to tell...

If the offer is good enough, and you can take the $$ and duplicate what you have done, take the bucks and make the next site even better!
