Just regged it last month or so. 'Tierra' is keyword at sedo. All traffic is type-in. Means land or gorund in spanish. I think If i attach to a realty site, I could make much more cash.

Thoughts please?

It's a decent name but limited somewhat limited by the TLD. However tierra means earth as in globe or earth as in homeland and earth as in physical 'dirt' but not really in the sense of plot of land in real estate. That would be "terreno".

I think for a parked Spanish ".es" revenue of $2 / day is good. Do you know where this comes from and what they are looking for? If so, then this would be the best way to determine what keywords to use for parking or how to develop it. Unfortunately the ".com" version is not really well developed which may be somewhat limiting for you.

Good luck with the domain

Based solely on Sedo revenue/traffic you can expect immediate sale of approx. 12-18 months of revenue what makes between 700 - 1,1k USD as for ccTLD. If you add a really good Google output for 'tierra' and nice OVT for this term, you can expect more (also taking under consideration that .com.es, org.es, nom.es are all regged).
