Be careful.
The Mexican and The Sicilian are both movies, books and even a pizza (the later). Movie studios can be very protective of their rights. The Mexican had Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts (two very hot hollywood commodities) and The Sicilian was written by Mario Puzo and part of the Godfather series.
Trademark and copyright issues can come into play. Chances are nothing will ever happen, but I am pretty leary of such things lately. Celebrities are winning case after case when it comes to their rights, royalties, names, and projects they have been involved in.
