if the artist is even a little famous (and judging by the ovt, he is), .biz is a killer because he'll take the name in a snap from you (TM)
now, if he is a US based artist, I guess you could take a chance with .us for the traffic (which wont be much), but still face TM issues.
.info and .org are the safest as you can use them for fan sites...
