This was an accidental discovery while poking around at overture.
I found a -------------s.net that has 25 overture searches with the .net extension and it was avialable. This is a medical device that also got over 6791 searches in june without any extension. The product also has 6 overture bidders paying from 5 to 12 per click for the term. The .net searches use the plural version, with no singular version searches ??. The domain is plural. The product is used by those effected by a very common disease that is growing rapidly.

44,800 for exact term at google,
48,300 for the term singular at google
Every version of this name both singular and plural is taken in the .com, net , info , org .biz , us and .co.uk extensions.
I know its not a blockbuster, but it must have some value.
