What is better, sample1 or 2?

Do you think they need any changes?

I can't believe people are even considering nr 2.

Looks like my first work when I started webdesign.

nr 1 is clearly made by a pro (no way that is the same person designing both of them right?)

#1 is way better. But I would reccomend that you change "News Letter" to one word.
