I think www.turnkeybusinesses.com is far and away the best of the three - it's the only one that really flows and is specific enough to really have meaning. The other two are not all that compelling and are too generic IMO
 
websitebusiness...the others are plural form. Plural form words are okay, if the name is short and in most cases single words.
I don't like Instantbusinesses at all. Turnkeybusiness would have been good, but the plural "es" totally kills it's value.

Obviously, since it is a plural, the end-use should be consistent with that. In this case, a web site that showcases turnkey business opportunities for sale.
