i came across the website freedomain.co.nr and was wandering how they got that tld, and how i could start giving them away. if anyone has any info please post.

All it is Is domain forwarding or "redirection".

Just buy and domain. Ex. jm.com
You then can offer yourname.jm.com domains.

To do a site of the kind you aswell need the script if you don't want to manually setup all the sub domains.
