also, when i give a domain appraisal, it is as a domainer... from my perspective as in "what i would pay if i was interested", not as a moderator.

"i was who i was, before i was me"

additionally, "price sold for" names listed on publications are the exception, and not always the rule.

reality is what happens in real life, not what is scripted on a tv show.

when those names actually sell for what you think they are worth, then it will be a reality.....until then it's just a dream!

the others which you mention "alberta / las-vegas and tennessee" are all much bettter by comparision, to the one's which you seek appraisal on now.
They ARE "Premium",the others imo have not reached that level yet.
maybe someone else thinks they are, and will pay to acquire them.
i just don't see as much "commercial" potential in them

Names registered in 2001 during landrush is a good indication at least that they are in demand. As you understand there is a reason why musically.info was still available few months ago.
