77,1 million Google results. 10 years old. Taken in all extensions. Would be great for a Q&A site or similar.

~10k+ reseller. Good name indeed.

Assuming i'm an end user, here's my preferences :

Answers.com (i'm estimating 10-15 million undeveloped)
Answer.com ( 500k - 900k undeveloped )
MyAnswers.com ( 100k undeveloped )

Answered.com - 15-25k undeveloped.....

reseller prices = 1/4th of those prices.... Good luck !!!

Batman, dude...you really, REALLY are in the wrong business...

I would say 20k reseller...much more to an end user. Think of a technical support service. Very brandable..

Enduser would pay a LOT
Sedo auction people would prob bid up to 20k thereabouts imo, mostly resellers on there

I guess this is the official post. I still think 5k reseller, 20kish for end user.

And BatMan, you actually do more harm then good when you value a domain everyone else in the business can see has serious value at 0.

No one wants to hear that you aren't into ocean front property so you would value a place on Daytona Beach for 0$ when they regularly sell for 2-3 million.

Would you not buy answered.com for 1k, even though you think its worthless, to just turn around and sell it to anyone else for 5k?

People that don't know what they don't know are dangerous.

Great domain though!

you would value a domain in my portfolio for reg fee, it also has a buyer who would pay 10K!!! Don't give me that BS about market value. You're market applies only to resellers who agree with you. There is a bigger group of us "Domainers" who disagree with you're method of pricing. Go ahead and make my day and spend the next 10 years valuing names!!! But don't cause damage to the domain industry by making a false statement that my experience and rank has no right in valuing a domain. I have enough experience to tell you from $HIT and REAL BRAND NAME!!!

I value the domain at reg fee!
end user: priceless

Your response is so illogical i'm not going to spend much time on a response, or detract any attention from the point of this post.

Many other people (even in this post) have already commented on your apparent lack of domain knowledge. The difference between a valuation on a good domain could end up being 5k or 7k. If you look above, many of us are even up to 10k different in valuations.

Then there is your reg fee (aka 0$) appraisal. I think he wants to know what he could get for it, more then what some expert domainer like yourself would shell out for it.

Anyways, the tribe has spoken. Again, a great name, I hope you find a good home for it when the time is right.
