Please recommend a reliable .ae registrar

hi guys,
Can someone please recommend me a reliable and reasonably priced .ae registrar. Also is there any special requirements for registration of .ae domain names. I am not based in the UAE.

Afaik 2nd level registrations (directly under .ae) are unrestricted.

I have found Instra.com to be the best option for .ae names
