4) My appraisal: $3-$35, based on similar non-dotcom, hardly-useful-generic, dictionary words, and that's only if you find someone to pay for it. Otherwise, its ZERO. Market will tell you fair value, and by MARKET, I mean the opinion/interest of other domainers, of which you have just obtained a decent sample here.

Wake up and smell the coffee, it's not 2002 anymore. I had fun buying dictionary com/net/org's for under $20 back then; have been selling them for four and five figures.

I love this forum! First of all EVERY opinion counts OK? Try to see beyond the value that a person puts on your name but rather understand their angle. A guy that says 0 has to have a reason. Just remember a name is only worth what another person is willing to pay. These appraisals here, or even paid appraisals mean shit... Previous "similar" sales mean squat too... They are all just references and variables that you take into account. Ever heard the saying "opinions are like assholes, everyone's got one?" Same sort of thing...Listen to all of them, form your own. AND always remember some have one on each end! 0 is probably not fair, to the right person low to mid x,xxx.xx

Yes you are right. But previous sales prices are helpful for references as you said.

I think it's got good potential, but whether that translates to actual, current, undeveloped value is an entirely different question. Even random crap like zwigly.com (hey look, it's actually registered! lol.) has potential - it's what you do with it that counts. At the moment it's "just" a name. Personally I don't like the TLD (traditional association with non-profit), but I'm very new to the game.
