The reason this domain gets so much traffic is because it was formerly tied into plsn.com and used as an alternate domain, hence the hundreds of backlinks. No trademark issues, domain was acquired legally through aftermarket service and current site has no connection or affiliation with plsn.com.
Revenue is roughly $15/month via adsense. The site I've developed is related to hard drives, so the click values are not that high. Whoever purchases this domain can create whatever niche based site with high paying keywords they desire and use the traffic the domain already sees to optimize it for higher paying keywords.
