Yep it's the right wording.
Since it could be used for a lot of different sites and services, especially mailorder companies and companies selling address lists, I'd appraise it at $100+..
But retail value might be higher if you find the right buyer.

what mailorder company would want this? Its not good for that, as it indicates slow delivery.

And yeah it would probably sell best to some free email provider.. or, why not start one yourself? Not expensive nowadays. (Especially now that they don't make any money hehe)
