Point Pleasant, NJ
Population (year 2000): 19,306

One of the state's top beach locations, lots of business inside the town as well as along the boardwalk. Thinking of developing it into all-around info site for the area, news, beach forecasts, business directory, etc.

Any suggestions for use, or appraisals (undeveloped)? Thanks.

Uhm.. Sorry to tell you this but that is not a very big city. Reg Fee IMO

15,000 of which are seasonal residents....
its one of the best beaches down the Jersey Shore (which is growing in popularity every year)

great town, great beach, good name....

$150 undeveloped
$1,200 fully

Thanks for the appraisals. I'm most likely going to just develop it and see what becomes of it. I already spend alot of my summers down at Pt. Pleasant so it should be quite easy for me to develop a site that reflects the area :-D

point pleaseant ... nice fireworks in the summer ... good boardwalk ... sell to the city for an info site
