I guess your refering to me in your comment about spamming a list. Your inability to be clear is however the problem - domains are only allocated pagerank if they are websites so you should be posting your PR3 request in the websites wanted section. Then my list would have been commensurately shorter.

Not really. If a domain is parked, then often it does have some kind of PR - for example if it is being linked from other parked domains. I already bought a few domains mentioned by people here, parked domains with PR 3 or more.

IC, can't say I've ever noticed that. Seems PR is dependent on whether popups are applied by the page parking provider. Some of mine are PR1-PR3. I still think chasing PR is a pointless exercise.

Any interest in professionally setup sites at the top of search ?
