I guess so, if you make it a website. Right now, the name has xx - low xxx value.

With poker being such a hot keyword. This domain could be a very busy site poker site to an end user.

I'm not a programmer or webdesigner, is developing very expensive?

I guess it would be worth it, if PokerLordz.com became a high traffic site for poker players.

:fencing:

Need more appraisals??

thanks

Well, that's the rub isn't. Poker is hot keyword, hence, everyone who can stitch two webpages together wants a piece of it. Just getting into the top 100 search terms on google will be a pain.

I dont think this name is worth more than regfee. The name is not generic at all. An online poker company would have to name their entire business after that name if they wanted to buy it from you. They could replace the word lordz with anything else to create their own name. Plus lordz is only spelled with a Z. If you used the name to start your own online poker site and if it is successful then you might be able to sell it for more.

That may be true. But I've seen companies buy domains without changing their company name just to have the target traffic forwarded.

I'm pretty sure i'll get a lot more than the 8.95 registration fee sooner or later.

Anyone care to wager?

Are you saying you'll get more than $8.95 without developing the site? If you're developing the domain, adding forums, users and traffic, then that isn't a domain auction/sale, that is a developed website sale.

You could have asdfasdfasdfasdfpoker.com with 10,000 registered users and it will sell for many $1000s of dollars. People will be buying the site, not the domain.

Pokerlordz.com is not dead, just not developed. Would you have paid the 8.95 reg fee for this or just leave it??

Stupid name, but developed stupid domains sell too.
