I don't see much reseller value here - maybe mid XX. It would only do better if someone really wanted to create some kind of media channel related to pollution. An end user might go mid to high XXX, but I just don't see much of a market for this one. What is the commercial "hook" that is going to make the new owner money? In this niche, it is probably too generic - most organizations are more specific to a type of pollution or geographical area. If you feel strongly about this one, why not pick up the .mx too?
